This  is a Rear Axle for the BAMBOO classic balance bike by Kinderfeets.

The classic balance bike is the large 2-wheel bike. 

Does not fit a Tiny Tot Trike or Kinderfeets Classic NON-BAMBOO 2-Wheel Balance Bike. Axle must be ordered separately if also purchasing a wheel.
